Rosane brings over a decade of accounting experience across both Brazil and the UK. She began her career at Gonçalves Contabilidade in Brazil, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CRC-MG), before relocating to the UK and building her expertise in UK accounting practice — including roles with Sussex Independent Financial Advisers and Lastminute Care & Nursing. She holds a BSc and MBA, is ACCA Part-Qualified, and is a certified Xero Payroll Specialist. Based in the UK, Rosane leads our clients' UK compliance, payroll and tax matters, drawing on her own experience of building a career across two countries.

Carlos has over a decade of experience in Brazilian corporate accounting and tax. He currently serves as Accounting and Tax Analyst at SIAMP Brazil, a subsidiary of a multinational group, overseeing the accounting, tax and administrative departments and leading external audit reporting. He holds a degree in Accounting Sciences from UNIFAE, alongside postgraduate qualifications in Tax Planning (UNOPAR), Business Management (Estácio) and International Financial Reporting Standards (FIPECAFI). Carlos leads our Brazil-based accounting and tax services, helping clients navigate Brazilian tax obligations with precision.

Stefanie has over 12 years of experience in accounting, payroll and tax compliance. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences and built her career managing payroll, statutory filings and bookkeeping for Brazilian businesses — including running her own digital accounting practice. She has since gained further experience in European accounting practice, giving her a strong understanding of cross-border financial matters. Stefanie's international background makes her especially attuned to clients managing finances across more than one country.
