Rosane brings over a decade of accounting experience across both Brazil and the United Kingdom.
She began her accounting career in Brazil, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences at UNIFAE University and became a registered accountant with the Regional Accounting Council of Minas Gerais (CRC-MG). She later specialised in Tax Planning through an MBA qualification at UNOPAR University, developing strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and business financial processes.
After relocating to the United Kingdom, Rosane continued building her expertise within UK accounting environments, gaining experience supporting businesses with bookkeeping, payroll processes, reconciliations, VAT processes and financial reporting.
She is AAT Qualified in the UK and holds Xero certifications, including expertise in cloud accounting systems and payroll solutions.
With more than 10 years of international accounting experience, Rosane understands the challenges faced by individuals and businesses operating across different countries. She is also actively involved in supporting the Brazilian community in the UK, helping people better understand financial processes, business organisation and opportunities within the UK environment.

Carlos is a qualified accountant with over 10 years of experience in corporate accounting, taxation and financial management, supporting businesses across a range of industries in Brazil.
With a solid background in both accounting firms and the finance department of a Brazilian subsidiary of a European multinational, Carlos has extensive experience coordinating accounting, tax and administrative functions. He combines strategic vision with technical expertise to deliver accurate, practical and high-value financial solutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from UNIFAE University, together with postgraduate qualifications in Tax Planning (UNOPAR), Business Management (Estácio University) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from FIPECAFI.
